Dr. Laurie LeBlanc

Dr. Laurie LeBlanc grew up on a cattle and rice farm in southwest Louisiana. During her college years at Louisiana State University and her time at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, she fell in love with West Baton Rouge. Since then, she has been a West Baton Rouge parish resident for 25 years.

Dr. LeBlanc worked in many small animal practice settings ranging from general veterinary practice to emergency medicine and veterinary relief practice before opening Rivertown Animal Hospital in the summer of 2006. Dr. LeBlanc and her husband, Cale, are proud parents of two daughters. They have a multi-pet household, including dogs, hospital rescue cats, and tropical fish. She loves to garden, bake, and hike when she has the opportunity.
